Fees

Southwest Occasions charges a management fee of 10% on services we assist with. Our minimum fee is $1000 per event. We require a deposit and bill in quarterly installments leading up to the event.

Planning golf outings, Pueblo sightseeing, Gallery or Museum tours, Ski parties, poker games, spa days, ladies luncheons or rafting trips - we can plan, coordinate and execute all events so that you can enjoy your friends, family and the days leading up to the wedding.
